Private Event Venue Options

One of the best parts of hosting private events at Liquid Art Winery is having options. We offer three unique spaces, each with its own atmosphere, size, and character. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we have a space to fit your needs.

The Tasting Room

The Tasting Room is a medium-sized venue option, with capacity for around fifty people indoors and additional seating outdoors. With large windows, letting in plenty of natural light and vineyard views, this space feels open and inviting and is perfect for smaller gatherings.

The Tasting Room is available for private rentals on Mondays and Tuesdays or outside of our normal Tasting Room business hours on Wednesdays through Sundays. This makes it a great choice for private events such as birthday celebrations, holiday parties, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions.

If you're looking for a private winery event with the comfort of being indoors, while still being able to enjoy the vineyard setting, the Tasting Room offers a comfortable space to gather with friends, family, or coworkers while enjoying the natural winery atmosphere.

The Barrel Room

For an intimate event with a little more winery character, consider the Barrel Room. This private rental option has a maximum capacity of fifty people and is tucked away in a room that houses our aging premium red wine barrels.

The Barrel Room provides a distinctive backdrop for private events while giving guests an authentic glimpse into the winemaking experience. With forty wine barrels lining the walls, table seating, cocktail tables, couch and chairs sets, low-lit accent lights, and a private bar, the Barrel Room sets a relaxed tone for any private gathering. The atmosphere makes it an excellent choice for celebrations such as retirement parties, rehearsal dinners, and bridal and baby showers.

The Event Center

Planning a larger celebration? Our Event Center is our largest venue option and can accommodate up to 300 people. It's most often used for weddings and receptions, making it a popular choice for winery weddings, but it's also a great space for corporate gatherings and other large private events.

With room for up to 300 guests, the Event Center gives you plenty of flexibility when planning your event. Whether you're envisioning a beautiful wedding reception, a company gathering, or a large celebration with family and friends, this space can help bring your plans to life.
