About the event
This one is for all you red wine and barbecue lovers!
Join us in The Barrel Room on Thursday, January 18, for a 3 course barbecue dinner pairing, including an appetizer, main course, and dessert! Each course will be paired with a 2 ounce pour of a Liquid Art red wine. The Barrel Room doors will open at 5 PM and the event will begin at 6 PM.
Dinner Menu:
Appetizer: Onion Rings with Barbecue Ranch (paired with Winemaker’s Red)
Main: Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwich with Roasted Potatoes (paired with Cabernet Sauvignon)
Dessert: Chocolate Brownie with Red Wine Cherry Sauce (paired with Fusion Red)
