On Thursday, November 5th from 6 to 8 PM, we’re transforming our Barrel Room into a cozy Alpine escape for the winter. This evening marks the first night the public can step inside and experience the Ski Lodge Pop-Up Bar, and we’re kicking things off with a delicious journey through the Alpine regions of Switzerland, Italy, Austria, and France.
Your passport will guide you from one destination to the next, with each stop featuring a thoughtfully selected wine paired with a bite inspired by the local cuisine. From Swiss Alpine cheeses and Italian specialties to Austrian favorites and French mountain fare, each pairing is designed to bring a little taste of the Alps to Kansas.
